What is a Personal Health Digital Twin?
A continuously updated digital representation of an individual. It integrates biological, physiological, behavioral, environmental, and care signals so health can be understood as a living system — not a stack of disconnected snapshots.
How is this different from a patient portal or an EHR?
Records store what was documented. The twin composes what is happening — across devices, biology, behavior, and time — and keeps that picture current. HOLOXIDA is designed to sit with the systems you already run, not replace them.
What does Physical AI mean here?
Intelligence that senses and acts in the real world: biomedical sensing, intelligent medical devices, robotics. The twin is the context those systems share, so action in the physical world is informed by the whole person.
How do you handle privacy?
Deployments are designed for HIPAA-aligned environments. Data stays under your control, on-premises or in a private cloud. Access is role-based and audit-logged. We support BAAs.
Can we start with only one data source?
Yes. Many teams begin with the clinical record plus one device class. The twin becomes more useful as sources share the same person — value appears as soon as two streams meet.
