In 2023, I moved to the Bay Area and found myself at the center of a profound transformation in technology. Watching AI move so rapidly into everyday life led me to a simple question:
What happens when intelligence enters the real world?
I did not come from a traditional engineering background. With a medical background and a multidisciplinary perspective, I have always believed that AI should be more than a tool or a software platform. It should extend human capability and, ultimately, become part of the physical world.
In 2024, I began developing the idea of Physical AI in Healthcare.
Healthcare felt like the natural place to begin. A human being is not a snapshot. Laboratory results, imaging, and clinical visits capture only moments, while health is constantly changing — through biology, behavior, environment, and everyday life.
That led me to the idea of the Personal Health Digital Twin: a continuously evolving digital representation of an individual that brings these signals together to create a more complete and personalized understanding of health.
I believe the future of healthcare will extend far beyond the hospital. It will become more continuous, more personal, and more connected to everyday life — with AI working alongside people and healthcare professionals rather than replacing them.
I know building this future will take time. I am willing to take that time.
I am deeply grateful to everyone I have met along the way — those who gave me sparks of inspiration, those who challenged me, helped me grow, and even those experiences that ended in failure. Every encounter shaped the way I see the world and strengthened my conviction to keep going.
Holoxida is more than a company I want to build. It is a mission I want to spend my life pursuing.
